Canine DNA Testing Service

NEWS!
CHANGES TO DOG TESTING SERVICES

Effective June 1, 2009, PDSAz will discontinue DNA testing of dogs

Because practically all cells in the body of the same individual contain identical DNA,
and the laboratory tests are extremely sensitive,
any easily obtainable "live" material is useful as a source for DNA testing.
The material of choice in dog testing is a cheek swab.
